Overview
Logistics operations are often fragmented across spreadsheets, phone calls, messaging apps, and disconnected systems—making it difficult for businesses to coordinate deliveries, manage customers, and scale efficiently.
Logeestico was created to simplify this complexity through a centralized logistics management platform that supports operational workflows across businesses, enterprise organizations, and end customers.
As part of a lean cross-functional team comprising a product stakeholder, engineers, designers, and later marketing collaborators, I contributed to shaping product experiences that bridged customer needs, business goals, and operational realities.
While highly collaborative in nature, my involvement extended beyond interface design into customer experience, enterprise workflows, pricing logic, communication systems, product discussions, and implementation support—helping translate logistics complexity into experiences that feel structured, scalable, and intuitive.
Challenge
Designing for logistics meant designing for complexity.
The platform needed to support multiple user groups with fundamentally different expectations: logistics businesses coordinating operations, enterprise organizations managing internal logistics requests, and customers simply trying to send or track a package with minimal friction.
At the same time, operational workflows were rarely linear. Pricing varied based on shipment type, delivery requirements, and business-specific conditions. Customer communication required clarity at every stage of fulfilment, while onboarding experiences needed enough flexibility to support both enterprise clients and individual users.
As the product evolved, we also had to balance usability with business realities—aligning operational requirements, scalability goals, and technical feasibility within a fast-moving collaborative environment.
The challenge wasn’t simply designing screens. It was helping create a product system capable of supporting operational complexity without overwhelming the people using it.

Solution
To reduce operational friction, we approached Logeestico as a connected logistics ecosystem rather than a collection of isolated workflows—ensuring that customer experiences, business operations, and internal systems worked together cohesively.
A major part of my work focused on shaping the customer experience, particularly around how users interact with logistics services from first touchpoint to fulfilment. I worked extensively on guest order workflows, helping structure experiences around order creation, sender and receiver information, logistics company selection, pricing visibility, package requirements, and order tracking. The goal was to make logistics feel significantly more accessible and less overwhelming for everyday users and small businesses.
I also played an active role in shaping enterprise and business-facing workflows. This involved contributing to conversations and product decisions around onboarding experiences, pricing and subscription logic, approval systems, and operational flexibility—ensuring that business workflows could support organizations with different logistics needs and levels of operational complexity.
Another key area of contribution was communication design. I worked on transactional email experiences and customer communication systems across onboarding, order updates, pricing confirmation, payment touchpoints, and delivery-related interactions. Beyond functionality, the focus was clarity—helping users better understand what was happening, what actions were required, and what to expect next throughout the logistics journey.
As the platform evolved, consistency and scalability became increasingly important. I contributed to establishing reusable UI patterns and maintaining design consistency across experiences, while also supporting implementation through product documentation, workflow clarification, and close collaboration with engineers to ensure solutions translated effectively into production.
Beyond execution, I remained actively involved in product and business discussions—bringing a product-thinking perspective into conversations around customer experience, platform scalability, operational efficiency, and business requirements.

Outcome
The result was a more connected logistics experience that brought together customer journeys, operational workflows, and business requirements into a centralized platform.
By simplifying logistics interactions for customers while supporting operational flexibility for businesses, Logeestico moved closer to becoming a scalable ecosystem capable of supporting logistics operations across multiple touchpoints.
For me, the project strengthened my ability to think beyond interfaces and contribute more holistically to product development—balancing usability, business goals, technical collaboration, and operational systems thinking within a real-world product environment.
Feedback
Working on Logeestico reinforced an important lesson about product design: great experiences are rarely created in isolation.
Some of the most valuable contributions happen through collaboration—working alongside stakeholders, engineers, and fellow designers to simplify complexity, challenge assumptions, and shape products that work not only for users, but also for the businesses behind them.
The experience deepened my appreciation for systems thinking, product strategy, and designing with both user outcomes and business realities in mind.
